We aim to minimise collection of raw creative files. Where a feature can run locally in the browser, raw assets may remain on the user's device. If a future feature requires server-side processing, the product will disclose that before upload.
We do not use customer creative content for advertising. Marketing emails will only be sent where permitted by law and with any required consent.
Payments are handled through Stripe Managed Payments / Link. Stripe processes payment, tax and transaction data under its own role and terms for Managed Payments. Disclosure Router does not need to receive full card details.
The current validation website is hosted on Netlify. Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information and request logs may be processed by infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the site. Additional subprocessors will be documented before production launch where required.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies, transfers will rely on an available lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
Data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including the access period, support, security, accounting and legal limitation periods. Test data may be deleted sooner. Retention periods will be refined before production launch.
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support.disclosurerouter@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
This validation site does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies. Hosting and payment providers may use strictly necessary or service-related technologies on their own pages. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, the cookie information and consent mechanism will be updated before use.
This policy may be updated as the beta architecture changes. Material changes affecting how personal data is used will be communicated where required.
